We supply to European countries. Once the order is received and paid TREALIV sends a package with test material and guidance to the customer. Once the customer has completed for the relevant test (s) and packed the biological material as evidenced by the attached instructions must return label printed and applied to the package, which will then be filed in a POST DENMARK package box or at the local post office. When the packet is received, the material will be analyzed and the results disseminated together with specific recommendations within 4-5 weeks. When shipping to Norway, a fee of 150 DKK, to cover the costs for filling out customs papers.
TREALIV accepts payment by credit card. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. If your order comes from a European Union country, you will pay Danish VAT but no customs duties in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. If your order comes from a country outside the EU, the Danish VAT will be deducted from your order. However, if local taxes apply, these will fall on the customer. TREALIV uses an approved payment server, which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
You have 14 days to cancel your order when you shop with us. The period runs from the day the agreement was concluded. If you want the service provided before the deadline expires, you need to give your consent that we will initiate delivery and that the cancellation period will stop when you send your sample off for analysis. If you regret your purchase after receiving the package with test material from us, it is not necessary to return this to us.
If you want to cancel your order, you have to let us know within 14 days after you placed the order. Notification shall be given by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, please clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase we return your money. If you have given your consent to initiate delivery immediately and regret your purchase, you should be aware that we may charge a reasonable fee for the costs that have already incurred.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel your order. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise.
If you are not satisfied with the service please contact us immediately at email@example.com. You have the right to obtain correction of any deficiencies in the service attributable to the service nature, unless they are on their own circumstances, or other external circumstances that we under Danish law can not be held responsible for.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Forbrugerklagenævn in Denmark – read more on forbruger.dk. – if you are resident in Denmark. If you are a customer domiciled in another EU country, you can direct your complaint to the EU Commission’s online complaint platform.
